The checkout process was cumbersome, and there were opportunities to increase revenue through better product recommendations and cross-selling.

As part of a team effort, I contributed to implementing product cart functionality, building a recommendations engine, developing cross-sell features, optimizing the checkout process, and migrating core functionalities from Shopify to reduce costs and improve user experience.
