eCommerce Platform Launch

Wellow needed a completely new Shopify app launch to enter the market. The team needed to build a Shopify theme and implement custom promotional and personalization logic to differentiate the platform and drive early revenue.

As part of a team of 4 engineers, I was personally responsible for all custom promotional and personalization logic while collaborating on building the Shopify theme.

Working collaboratively as a team of 4 engineers, we built the Shopify theme together, while I was responsible for implementing custom promotional and personalization logic including personalized discounts, cross-sells, and segmented campaigns. I implemented scalable eCommerce tools and Shopify optimizations to ensure the platform could handle growth.

This project highlighted the importance of building scalable foundations from day one. The custom promotional logic I built was flexible enough to adapt as the business grew and learned more about customer behavior.
